You retain ownership of content you provide to Oasis. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed for any content or data you submit.

Oasis is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties except where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mercury Intelligence Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
