Terms of Service

You may use Oasis only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

You may not misuse Oasis, interfere with our systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

You may not use Oasis to send spam or unsolicited messages, impersonate any person or organization, access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or process data you do not have the right to process.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe use of Oasis creates risk, violates these terms, or could harm Oasis or others.

You retain ownership of content you provide to Oasis. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed for any content or data you submit.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Connecting a third-party service authorizes Oasis to access and process information within the permissions you grant to perform your requests and configured workflows. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that service's own terms.

Content synced from a connected service is available in Oasis according to your Oasis workspace permissions, which may differ from the sharing settings in the source service. You are responsible for choosing what to connect and who in your workspace can see it.

You can disconnect a service at any time from your Oasis settings or from the service itself.

Connecting a Google account authorizes Oasis to access and process information within the permissions you grant to perform your requests and configured workflows. This authorization does not permit uses prohibited by the Google user data restrictions in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Oasis accesses, uses, stores, and transfers Google user data only as needed to provide the features you request. You can revoke Oasis's access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Oasis agents can take actions in your connected accounts, such as sending email, scheduling events, and editing documents, when you or your workspace authorize them to. You are responsible for the actions you approve and the permissions you give agents.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sharing it.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. When your organization uses Oasis to process personal data, our Data Processing Addendum at joinoasis.com/dpa forms part of these terms.

You may stop using Oasis at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if continuing to provide Oasis to you would create legal or security risk.

When your account closes, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Oasis is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties except where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mercury Intelligence Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mercury Intelligence Inc.'s total liability for any claim relating to Oasis is limited to the amount you paid us for Oasis in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in Oasis before they take effect. Continuing to use Oasis after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or Oasis will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
