Interview Prep Brief
Interview preparation briefing
Gives the interviewer a single page on this specific candidate. It summarises their trajectory, then identifies what's worth probing — vague claims, unexplained transitions, areas where their experience only partly overlaps the role. The five questions it writes are tied to their background, since generic questions are already in the interview kit.

Frequently asked questions
What trajectory does Interview Prep Brief summarise for a candidate?
It gives the interviewer a single-page summary of the candidate's trajectory, then turns gaps and overlaps into areas worth probing.
How does Interview Prep Brief turn vague claims into interview questions?
It identifies vague claims, unexplained transitions and partial overlaps with the role, then writes questions tied to that candidate's background.
Why are Interview Prep Brief's five questions different from a generic interview kit?
Each question is tied to the specific candidate. The brief focuses on evidence worth probing rather than repeating questions already in the standard kit.
Can Interview Prep Brief investigate a candidate's previous work?
Yes. Greenhouse, Exa and Firecrawl are listed, and its built-in browser supports the candidate research workflow.

Candidate Outreach
Writes recruiting messages that don't read like recruiting messages. Each opens with something specific about the person's work — a project, a talk, a repo, a role change — then says plainly why this role might interest them and what it actually is. It's honest about the process and the range, and skips candidates where it couldn't find anything specific rather than sending a template.

Oasis PlatformOperationsJob Description Writer
Writes the job post from what the role actually needs, starting from what the person will do in their first six months and what they'll be measured on. It separates genuine must-haves from preferences and pushes back on inflated requirements, because an unnecessary degree or an impossible years-of-experience number narrows the pool for no benefit. Plain language, compensation range, no coded terms.
Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsInterview Scheduler
Handles interview logistics end to end. It finds slots that work across every interviewer's calendar and the candidate's stated availability, always confirming their timezone explicitly rather than inferring it from location, and leaves buffers between back-to-back sessions. Invites and the candidate confirmation come back drafted, and when someone drops out it proposes the fix instead of silently rearranging.
Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsRecruiting Coordinator
A generalist across an active hiring pipeline. It knows where every candidate sits, who owes feedback, and which loops have stalled — and reports the bottleneck rather than the funnel, since a pipeline report that doesn't name the blocker isn't useful. Candidates who haven't heard from you in a week get surfaced, because that's the most common failure.
Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsInvoice to Ledger
Codes approved invoices to the right account, cost centre and tax treatment, following how similar invoices from that vendor were coded before — consistency with your existing ledger matters more than a theoretically better bucket. Entries are staged for review and never posted. New vendors, unusual amounts and duplicate invoice numbers are flagged for a human.
Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsEmployee Onboarding Prep
Runs the checklist before day one — accounts, equipment, payroll, calendar, introductions and the first-week plan — tailored to the role, since an engineer and a salesperson need different access. It runs as a countdown against the start date, reporting what's outstanding and who owns each item. Anything that would leave someone unable to work on day one gets escalated.

Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsOffer Letter Generator
Assembles the offer from the approved requisition, using the right template for the candidate's location and legal entity — employment terms are jurisdiction-specific and the wrong template is a real problem. Every figure is checked against the approved band and any deviation is flagged prominently rather than quietly produced. It never sends an offer or routes it for signature.
Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsLate Payment Chaser
Chases overdue invoices on an escalation ladder that matches the tone to the stage — a light reminder in the first week, a direct follow-up with the terms restated after that, a human flag beyond your threshold. Before every draft it re-checks that the invoice is genuinely unpaid, because chasing someone who already paid costs more goodwill than the invoice is worth. Disputes route straight to a person.
Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsShopify Store Ops
Runs the daily store check before customers notice a problem. It flags products running low against their recent sell-through rather than a fixed threshold, orders stuck unfulfilled, and listings missing images or descriptions. Everything is ranked by revenue at risk, so a hero product two days from stockout leads the report.
Try this TeammateOasis PlatformOperationsContract Tracker
Reads your contracts and extracts the dates that matter — term, auto-renewal, notice period, and therefore the last day to act. It alerts on the notice deadline rather than the renewal date, because by the renewal date it's already too late, which is the entire failure this prevents. Unusual terms like automatic uplifts or evergreen clauses are flagged for review.
